Welcome to SaltySesh! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our photography services, website, and our automated assistant, SeshBot™. By working with us or texting with SeshBot, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to reserve your session. Rescheduling or cancellations must be made within the agreed timeframe (see your invoice or booking details).
SaltySesh LLC retains the copyright to all photos unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing, printing, and displaying images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is not allowed.
SeshBot is an automated assistant designed to provide session prep tips, booking confirmations, and answers to frequently asked questions. While it’s helpful, it may occasionally provide incorrect or outdated info. For anything important or urgent, always contact us directly.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related to your session. This may include prep tips, confirmations, reminders, and SeshBot interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
We strive to create a safe, creative, and respectful environment. SaltySesh reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate conduct, harassment, or unsafe working conditions.
While we aim for excellence, SaltySesh LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed sessions, loss of data, or use of SeshBot. We are a small business committed to doing our best, but cannot guarantee perfect results in all scenarios.
These Terms may be updated occasionally. We'll always post the latest version on this page with a new effective date.
